Expected Number of Volunteer Hours

Our most recently completed project is in Mount Airy Forest in Cincinnati Ohio. This treehouse took a very different path to completion than normal. Strong partnerships between the Cincinnati Parks Board, Home Depot, The Cincinnati Rotary, The Marvin Lewis Foundation as well as Drees Construction and the Cincinnati Homebuilder's Association created a situation
where we reduced our construction
time by 75% finishing in under 32 days. Strong leadership from all of these organizations as well as tremendous support from Home Depot with supplies made this project a tree-mendous success. The treehouse is now open to the public and has one of the most whimsical and complicated roofing systems ever seen (do not try this at home) and is bringing joy to all who occupy it. Many thanks to Michael Flannery of WCPO TV in Cincinnati for his advocacy of this project from the beginning as well as to Gerald Checco of the Parks Department."
