Milton, Vermont - James' wish for a treehouse in his own backyard became a reality in the Fall of 2001, thanks to a grant from Make - a - Wish of Vermont and the generosity of of local family run Cyr Lumber. Due to a rare muscular disease, James is in a chair but has enjoyed many years of access to his own backyard paradise in the trees - complete with a wood stove!
